The second edition of the newsletter of STAR Support Group is now available. Star is one of very few providers of services for people in the Yambio area of South Sudan living with HIV/AIDS, a huge problem in the aftermath of the civil war. The service provides home based care, practical support and counselling for more than 1300 sufferers and families. Community education programs are also provided to reduce infection rates and to improve nutrition and care.
