Edmund Rice Foundation – Building a Solid Future

In 2011 the Foundation is continuing to build very solid support throughout Eastern Australia. A record 450 people attended the highly successful 500 Supporters’ Group ALF Lunch at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on May 22 (see report below) and a record 800 attended the Edmund Rice Dinner, Brisbane, on May 12. Now, the inaugural Edmund Rice Gala Dinner, Sydney, scheduled for this Friday evening, June 8, (see item below) is sold out, with all 400 available places booked. All of this augurs well for the future of the Foundation and the projects and programs that it supports in East Africa and Oceania.

Edmund Rice Dinner – Sydney

The inaugural Edmund Rice Dinner, Sydney – to be held in the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre on Friday, 8 June, is fast approaching. The dinner will support projects helping impoverished youth in New South Wales, including Edmund Rice Camps NSW and development projects in Papua New Guinea, especially Callan Services for disabled persons.
